**Power Radio Nation New Year’s Eve Las Vegas Trip Sweepstakes Official Rules**

1. **Eligibility**: The Power Radio Nation New Year’s Eve Las Vegas Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Power Radio Nation, SASID LLC, Acrisure, LLC and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. **Sponsor**: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Power Radio Nation.

3. **Agreement to Official Rules**: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. **Timing**: The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates specified by Power Radio Nation (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

5. **How to Enter**: No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, you may enter in the following ways:

a. **Online**: Visit the official Sweepstakes website during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form.

b. **Mail-In**: Hand print your name, address, date of birth, email address, and phone number on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Power Radio Nation/SASID – New Year’s Eve Las Vegas Trip Sweepstakes,” 14 N Parker Dr #300, Janesville, WI 53545.

All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by the last day of the Promotion Period and received by the specified date.

6. **Drawing**: The Sponsor will select the potential Sweepstakes winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

7. **Notification**: The potential winners will be notified by email or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a specified time after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries.

8. **Prizes**: The specific details of the prize, including the value and contents of the trip to Las Vegas for New Year’s Eve, will be determined by Power Radio Nation and disclosed to the winning participant. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s discretion.

9. **General Conditions**: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes, or (b) award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

10. **Release and Limitations of Liability**: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors, and employees of each from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

11. **Privacy**: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Power Radio Nation website.

12. **Disputes**: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without respect to any conflict of law issues.
